In accordance with the decision of the Liberte Publishing House Board of Directors, as of 11 December 2025 an Editorial and Peer-Review Processing Fee of 8,000 TL (including VAT) will be charged for manuscripts which, following the suitability assessment conducted by the Editorial Board, are decided to be sent to reviewers.

After the author has been notified by e-mail of the Editorial Board’s positive decision, the author shall transfer the editorial processing fee to the account of the publishing house. Once the payment has been received, the manuscript will in principle be sent to two reviewers. If one of the referee reports is positive and the other negative, an opinion will be sought from a third reviewer.

For manuscripts that are ultimately deemed unsuitable for publication following the peer-review process, 3,000 TL will be refunded to the author after deducting 5,000 TL to cover editorial and peer-review costs.
