Öz
Göç mevzusuyla toplumların yaşadıkları ekonomik, toplumsal, kültürel ve güvenlik kaynaklı sorunlar arasında doğrudan bir bağ kuran ve göç ile göçmen karşıtlığını temel politika söylemlerinden biri olarak benimseyen popülist aşırı sağ partiler günümüzde Avrupa siyasetinde giderek daha etkin hâle gelmektedir. Popülizmin gerçek halk ile yozlaşmış elitler arasında var olduğunu iddia ettiği karşıtlık tezine ilave bir aktör olarak göçmenleri de ekleyen ve elitistleri onlara destek vermekle itham eden söz konusu partiler, etnik milliyetçilik ve yabancı düşmanlığının bir sentezi olan yerlicilik vasıflarıyla diğer siyasi topluluklardan ayrışmaktadırlar. Krizlerden beslenen ve göç konusunu da bir kriz olarak devamlı Avrupa toplumlarına lanse eden popülist aşırı sağ partiler, mevcut müesses nizam fırkalarının halkın bu konudaki duyarlılıklarını anlayamayacağını ve sorunlara çözüm üretemeyeceğini savunarak tek gerçekçi alternatifin kendileri olduklarını iddia etmektedirler. Kıtadaki popülist aşırı sağ partiler ailesinin en eski üyelerinden biri olan Fransa’daki Ulusal Birlik Partisi de göç ve göçmen konularında benzer yaklaşımları benimsemekte ve bu çerçevede göçmen azınlıkların Fransız toplumuna entegrasyonları noktasında çokkültürcülük karşıtı katı bir siyasi duruş sergilemektedir.

Approaches of Populist Far-Right Parties in Europe to the Immigration Issue: The Case of The French National Rally Party
Abstract
The populist far-right parties, which establish a direct connection between the issue of immigration and the economic, social, cultural and security-related problems that societies experience and adopt opposition to immigration and immigrants as one of their main policy discourses, are getting more and more influential in the European politics today. Adding immigrants as an additional actor to the opposition thesis, which populism claims to exist between the ordinary people and the corrupt elite, and accusing the elitists of supporting them, these parties are dissimilar to other political bodies with their feature of nativism, a synthesis of ethnic nationalism and xenophobia. Feeding on the crisis and persistently present the issue of immigration to European societies as a crisis, the populist far-right parties claim that the existing establishment parties cannot understand the sensitivities of the people about this issue and cannot produce solutions to the problems and argue that they are the only realistic alternative. The National Rally Party in France, one of the oldest members of the group of populist far-right parties on the continent, adopts similar approaches to immigration and immigrant issues, and accordingly, takes a firm anti-multiculturalist political stand in relation to the integration of immigrant minorities into the French society.
